Appfolio is a cloud based property management software that allows you to keep track of every aspect of your business from leasing, to maintenance, to tenant communications, everything can be documented and tracked in one place and accessed from any device.
Who We Help
Our services are available to all who own or manage real estate.
We are particularly advantageous for investors who own and manage a portfolio of 100 units and under, since portfolios this size typically can’t maintain their own staff. However, property managers are more than welcome to use our services.
