Our services are available to all who own or manage real estate.
We are particularly advantageous for investors who own and manage a portfolio of 100 units and under, since portfolios this size typically can’t maintain their own staff. However, property managers are more than welcome to use our services.

For portfolios exceeding 10 units, our professional bookkeeping service becomes a required part of your package. This ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all accounts, saving you time and reducing administrative burdens. Our team handles:
