Growth Tier
- Units: 201–300
- Price: $19/unit per month
Scaling Tier
- Units: 301–500
- Price: $18/unit per month
- Deposit Requirement: Equivalent to 1 month’s fees, applied to the first invoice(s). This deposit ensures we can allocate resources to deliver the highest quality service.
Professional Tier
- Units: 501–800
- Price: $17/unit per month
- Deposit Requirement: Equivalent to 1 month’s fees, applied to the first invoice(s). This deposit ensures we can allocate resources to deliver the highest quality service.
Enterprise Tier
- Units: 801+
- Price: $20/unit per month
- Deposit Requirement: Equivalent to 2 months’ fees, applied to the first invoice(s). This deposit ensures we can allocate resources to deliver the highest quality service.
Additional Usage-Based Fees
In addition to our tiered pricing, certain Appfolio features come with usage-based fees that may vary depending on your needs. These optional services include screening reports ($22 each, with potential variations based on selected features), eCheck payments ($1 each), Check Send services ($1.85 each), and liability insurance ($10.50 each). Please note that these rates are subject to change as Appfolio updates its pricing. We will always communicate any changes as they occur to ensure transparency in your billing.
