Our base pricing is $20/mo per door.
This price comes with daily accounts payable/receivable and one hour of free monthly bank reconciliation every month, per 25 units. Any additional paid for features within appfolio such as liability insurance, background/credit checks, etc. used will be charged back to the client upon the next pay period.
- $45/hr for reconciliation beyond base
- $9.50/mo per door enrolled in insurance
- $25 per background/credit check
- $1 fee per ACH/check

- Any bills or receipts provided to us will be entered into appfolio and/or paid within 5 business days
- Monthly bank reconciliations start on the first and will be completed within 7 business days
